Hall of Fame 2024

The Edgewood Education Foundation in collaboration with the Edgewood Independent School District will host the Edgewood Hall of Fame Gala on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the Estancia Hotel, 410N and McCullough, from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Alumni recipients will be honored at the gala following a seven-year absence. Applications for nominations can be found online at Edgewood Education Foundation of SA (eefsa.net). The deadline for nominations is February 28, 2024.

Nominees must have graduated from one of the district’s high schools, Edgewood High School, John F. Kennedy High School, and Memorial High School. 

The event will also honor the recipients of the Community Proud Award for the Pan American League and a special award to James R. Vasquez, past superintendent of Edgewood District, and lead plaintiff in the historical equality education lawsuit, Edgewood v. Kirby.

Tickets will be available beginning March 1, 2024.
