Our Purpose
The Edgewood Education Foundation of San Antonio is a 501 c3 non-profit organization that serves the students and educators of the Edgewood Independent School District through scholarships and innovative grants.
Our Executive Board
President Roger Caballero
Roger Caballero is the Chief Executive Officer of the Madonna Center, Inc. and began his nonprofit career as a San Antonio College intern in 1974. As a non-profit executive with 40 years’ experience, Roger is driven by a passion to serve those most in need. A graduate of Kennedy High School(‘74) and of St. Mary’s University(‘83), Roger’s experience is rooted in a strong belief that education is the key to success. During his tenure as CEO the Madonna Center has grown from a financially struggling to a financially solvent agency. Roger is currently leading a building capital campaign that will include a new administration building, an 8-classroom building, and a 14,000 sq. ft. senior center.

Teresa ElHabr
Teresa ElHabr is a 1983 graduate of Memorial High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and retired from the U.S. Department of Defense after 33 years of distinguished civilian service. She continues to dedicate her time and expertise to community service, serving in leadership roles with the Pan American League of San Antonio, Compadres for Scholarships, and the Edgewood Education Foundation.

Norma Morin
Norma Morin is retired from the San Antonio Water System as Superintendent - Supply and Services. She received Masters Early Elementary Bilingual Education from Our Lady of the Lake University. Mrs. Morin worked for EISD as an Elementary educator for 15 years (2003-2018). Mrs. Morin has been active in several charity golf tournaments in the San Antonio area.
